1. Overview
This website does not use cookies and has no user accounts or logins for visitors (only the site administrator can log in). The site operator does not itself collect or store personal data of visitors. The hosting provider processes technical data as described below, and the operator can view only anonymized, aggregated statistics.
2. Hosting, server log files and statistics
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects the following technical data, which is anonymized as soon as it is collected: the referrer (previously visited website), the requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access, and your IP address in anonymized form (used only to determine the location of access). This is necessary to deliver and secure the website and to provide a high-quality service. The data is stored for 8 weeks and then deleted. It is not passed on to third parties or transferred to countries outside the EU. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with IONOS.
As part of the hosting, the operator has access to IONOS SiteAnalytics, which shows aggregated statistics such as visitor numbers, visitor behavior, page views, referring sites, and browser and system types. IP addresses and locations are not visible to the operator, and the operator does not use these statistics to identify individual visitors.

3. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, your email address and message are used only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted when no longer needed, unless legal retention duties apply.
4. Third-party content and images
This website contains information drawn from brochures and books published by Porsche AG, which were handed out to prospective buyers as promotional material, as well as from public internet forums. This content is reproduced or summarized for information purposes only. All rights to it remain with the respective owners. Porsche and related names and marks are trademarks of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, with which this website is not affiliated.
Some images on this website were provided by HB Designs (from New York, United States of America), who has given permission for their use on this website.
If you are a rights holder and object to the use of any content, please contact me at contact@997rs.com and it will be reviewed promptly. No third-party content is loaded from external servers, so no visitor data is transmitted to those sources.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
